Rules - the gist

  1. No Alcohol. No Drugs.
  2. No Weapons (without written permission and being checked before entering building).
  3. No Food or Beverages are permitted within the rooms, except water.
  4. Clean up fees may be applied, if you leave the studio in an overly messy state. Please leave it as clean as you found it.
  5. The person with the account is responsible for paying all damages.
  6. Animals & Minors (under 18) must have a chaperone at all times.
  7. Messy Shoots (oil, glitter, fog, water, etc) must be approved.
  8. Shoots with 10+ people must be approved.
  9. If you plan on recording audio, please let us know ahead of time so we can attempt to coordinate quiet time with our neighboring businesses.

How large is the space?

Approx 750 sqft with 10ft high ceilings.

Do you allow walk ins?

Yes, please see any store associate during normal operating hours Monday-Saturday, 9am to 6pm.

Can I see the space before scheduling?

Yes, please see any store associate during normal operating hours Monday-Saturday, 9am to 6pm.

Animals allowed?

Yes, with a handler. Person with rental is responsible for any damages and/or clean up fees

Reservation rescheduling fees?

Yes. 10% of booking fee if rescheduled less than 72 hours from booked time.

Reservation cancellation fees?

Do you have props?

We have stools and a wooden chest, more props coming soon!


Do you have a dressing area/bathroom?

Yes, two bathrooms/dressing areas.

Is the studio wheel chair accessible?

Unfortunately due to the age of the building (1950s), we do not have an elevator. The Studio is up 17 stairs.
